The Property
Al Marsa occupies 22 acres of reclaimed waterfront in Ras Al Khaimah, with 900 metres of quay and a 180-berth marina running the length of it. The resort opened in 2014 and added a conference centre in 2019.
Two hundred and twenty keys are held in a single curved building oriented to the water, with a separate 24-key villa cluster at the northern end. The scale and the meeting space make it one of the few properties in the northern Emirates able to take a 600-delegate conference alongside leisure trade.
The marina is the strategic asset. It is the largest between Dubai and Musandam, and its berth waiting list runs to three years.
The Opportunity
