Cala Verda Mallorca

Cala Verda is a working finca first — 400 olive trees, a small vineyard and a citrus grove across six acres of terraced hillside — and a hotel second. The seventeenth-century manor house and its outbuildings were converted in 2017 into thirty-one keys, with the original stone, beams and bread oven left where they were found.

The property sits inside the Serra de Tramuntana UNESCO cultural landscape, which sharply limits what may be built nearby. The view to the cove below is protected in perpetuity by that designation.

The estate presses its own oil and bottles a few hundred cases of wine a year, most of which is consumed on site or sold to guests. It is a small revenue line but it is central to what the hotel actually sells.
